Description

#W912ES-12-T-0133 SF1449 RFQ/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of the following parts for a 20" Thomas T46WD serial number T-20027 dredge pump. All items are identified by MFG part, OEM parts are not required but all parts supplied shall be equivalent in form, fit and function to the OEM parts. All parts shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). All parts shall be delivered the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fountain City Service Base located in Fountain City, WI. Solicitation number W912ES-12-T-0133 is issued as a 100% "unrestricted" in accordance with FAR Part 19. Item 0001 is informational: PROVIDE SPARE PUMP PARTS FOR THE 6157 LAND BASED DREDGE BOOSTER PUMP. ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED BY MFG PART, OEM PARTS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT ALL PARTS SUPPLIED SHALL BE EQUIVALENT IN FORM, FIT, AND FUNCTION TO THE OEM PARTS. CONTRACTORS MUST QUOTE ON AND PROVIDE ALL PARTS REQUESTED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK. Item Number 001AA is for Pump Shell (Case) for Dredge Pump Shell (Case) 685457PS, T56WD, NF, GPS 800 (1 each). Item Number 0001AB is for Impeller for Dredge; Impeller 686648PS, T46WD, LH4V46.0TD7.50-.750, DLR, GPS800 (2 each). Item Number 0001AC is for Inlet Liner for Dredge Inlet Liner, 687317PS, T46 Mark III Armor-Lok, GPS800 (2 each). Item Number 0001AD is for Back Liner For Dredge Back Liner, 674289PS, P46 12 Hole Smakk Bore Mark III Armor Lok GPS800 (1 each). Item Number 0001AE is for Armor-Lok Seal For Dredge Armor-Lok Seal, 673486PS, P46 Mark III Neoprene (1 Set). Item 0001AF is for Assembly Shaft Sleeve for Dredge Assembly Shaft Sleeve Slip-On 1018/1020, 652295PS (1 each). Parts must be delivered by 01 OCT 2012. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 333911 with a size standard of 500 employees. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
