- Statement of Work Photo. Photo Photos of current configuration. Wage Determination The solicitation number is FA9301-12-M-D004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 and DFARs DPN 20120629. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 7830. NAICS is 339920 and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. AFTC/PZIOC, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following: Playground Equipment and Installation Playground structure PS3-29402 (with built-in shade) or equivalent Playground structure PS3-29164 or equivalent Safety rubber/base rock etc *Includes installation of equipment, excavation and haul away of existing equipment, base prep with soil stablizer, base rock for compaction, and leveling of subsurface for play area surfacing. *register of wage determinations attached *SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR FULL INSTRUCTIONS, AS WELL AS PHOTOS AND DIAGRAMS Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote.
