- THE PURPOSE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFICATION IS TO UPDATE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FROM N0018912R2557 TO N0018912R106. The solicitation will be made available electronically, upon its release, at www.neco.navy.mil, under solicitation number N0018912RZ106. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above mentioned website for posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 06 September 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, the Government will consider information received by 06 September 2012. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
