- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) International Program Office (IPO) (JPEO JTRS10), plans to award one firm fixed price delivery order for approximately three (3) MIDS Commercial Low Volume Terminals (CLVT) (11)s in calendar year 2013. The award of this delivery order is planned for October 2012 and will be based upon full and open competition. In order to be eligible for an award, an offeror must demonstrate in its proposal the ability to manufacture and deliver the MIDS terminals stated above, that are qualified in accordance with the solicitation requirements, and within the schedule requirements of the solicitation. The Request For Proposal (RFP), which will be issued on or about 20 August 2012, and any amendments thereto, will be provided upon request. The applicable RFP number is N00039-12-R-0054.
