Description
Itemized fuel supplies and services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for refueling & generator maintenance services for License Plate Readers (LPRs) in three locations in California. The period of performance for this requirement is 08/18/2012 - 08/17/2013. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are listed in the attached Provision & Clause Matrix. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated based on lowest price and technically acceptable. See ATTACHMENT 0001 for requested fuel supplies and services. The factors include: 1) Delivery/Maintenance - Offerors shall submit a Maintenance Plan that demonstrates an understanding of the referenced tasks; and 2) Past performance - Offerors shall submit a minimum of two (2) references of previous requirements in similar scope to allow the government to conduct a past-performance evaluation. The Government reserves the right to conduct telephone interviews to validate past performance and to obtain additional information from other internal and external sources - e.g. Contracting Offices, Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). In the case of an offeror without a record of relevant past perforamnce or for whom information on past performance is not available, the offeror may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance. This is a ALL or NONE requirement. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to Ryan.F.Burke@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is August 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than August 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. Late submissions will not be considered.
