- The purpose of this announcement is to elicit industry input on initiatives for participation in the FY 12 and FY13 Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) Unmanned Systems (UxS) Campaign Plan. To view full Commercial Area Announcement (CAA), go to the SPAWAR e-Commerce website. The full announcement at the website will be in an attachment with instructions on submitting an Initiative White Paper. As state in the attached CAA, Initiative White Papers are to be submitted to SPAWAR no later than 11 September, 2012 at 10:00AM (PST). Please submit all questions no later than 24 August, 2012 at 10:00AM (PST).
