Contracting Office Address OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY 250 E Street,SW, Mail Stop FM-4 Washington, DC 20219-0001 Description THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) DOCUMENT. THE RFP/SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to issue a Request for Proposal using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation to obtain contractor support for the OCC's conference center, conference room set ups, catering, Multi-purpose room, vending, and pantries for Headquarters, 400 Virginia Avenue, SW and 395 E Street, SW. The catering and conference services include the following: Conference Center services; Executive catering services, conference room services, coffee delivery to pantries services, Multi-purpose room services, and vending machine services. The contractor shall be able to provide all services and furnish the required staff and supplies in order to meet the requirements. The contractor shall be experienced in providing general support to a conference office including meeting room set-up and reconfiguration. To support the catering operations, the contractor may be required to rent the following items: tables and chairs, linens and napkins, table decorations, all catering needs (silverware and plates, etc.), and any other items needed in conjunction with the event. Operations shall be from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. The RFP for solicitation CC12HQR0012 is scheduled to be available for review on FedBizOps the week of August 13, 2012 with an anticipated award date of November 14, 2012. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 722320. The anticipated contract shall include a base period and four one-year option periods. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Sources must have valid Cage Codes and DUNs Numbers or have the ability to obtain one, and also must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of best value to the government considering the following criteria: Factor 1: Technical and Management Approach Factor 2: Past Performance Factor 3: Socioeconomic Status Factor 4: Price
