- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) number L12PS01164. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-55. This is NOT a total small business set-aside under NAICS 423390 (size standard of 100 employees). All responsible responsive business can submit a quote. The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona Strip Field Office, has a requirement for 600 Survey Monuments w/split base not flared, 40 Rock Tablets domed top, and 640 Under Monument Magnets. The specifications are included in the Solicitation which is located on FedConnect. Contractor shall deliver the materials within 30 days of award. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination. Offers must be submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ, are due no later than 2:30 pm MST on August 22, 2012. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) system. You may register at: www.ccr.gov.
