- Draft RFQ - Clear AFS AK The Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) has posted a Statement of Need/Draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) at Clear Air Force Station (AFS), Alaska. The Statement of Need is available at the Government's Federal Business Opportunities website in addition to the Concourse FPS, LLC website: http://www.fpsadvisorygroup.com/fps_home.html The Final RFQ will be posted to www.fbo.gov and the Concourse FPS, LLC website. Any and all components and terms of the Statement of Need (Draft RFQ) are subject to changes in the Final RFQ.
