- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912JB-12-T-4023 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. (IV) This acquisition is reserved for a small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423850; Standard Industrial Classification code is 5087; Small Business size standard is 100 employees. (V) SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: CLIN 0001 - Provide and install a Hot pressure washer 2000psi @ 3.6GPM, 5HP208Volt, 3ph motor, nat. gas fired sch. 80 pipe heater, auto ign., time delay on/off, ss coil wrap, trigger gun w/50' hose, adjustable thermostat, set up for remote switches, general triplex pump. CLIN 0002 - Foam Brush System Retrofit (convert old foamer system from centrifical pump to air driven pump) CLIN 0003 - Provide and install 2 EA, 1/2"x90 Boom Swivel with 6 Nozzles, and all Duct and pipe fittings Interested parties should contact David Nicholas, 127th MSC, 43200 Maple Street Building 105, Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48405. A site visit will be conducted on 16 Aug 2012 at 1:00 PM EST at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. Interested Parties should confirm attendance to the site visit no later than 14 Aug 2012 @ 3:00PM EST (VI) This solicitation is for the purchase of Vehicle Wash Equipment (VII) FOB point is Destination to Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045 with a delivery date of 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). (VIII) The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial in its latest edition applies to this solicitation. (IX) The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government. (X) Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their offer.
