- These specifications cover the manufacture of custom designed window envelopes requiring such operations as manufacture, composition, reproducibles, printing, construction, packing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of Date of Award through August 31, 2013) and up to 4 option year periods (September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015, September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016, and September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017). Approximately 28 orders per year. Approximately 50,000 to 200,000 envelopes per order. Schedule: 10 to 20 workdays. Delivery f.o.b. destination to Great Lakes, IL.
