- Inventory list This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 811213, Size Standard, $10.0M. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2K0AL2109A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012. The Government intends to award one (1) contract with five (5) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) as follows: CLIN 0001 Base Year: 1 September 2012 through 31 August 2013 CLIN 1001 Option Year I: 1 September 2013 through 31 August 2014 CLIN 2001 Option Year II: 1 September 2014 through 31 August 2015 CLIN 3001 Option Year III: 1 September 2015 through 31 August 2016 CLIN 4001 Option Year IV: 1 September 2016 through 31 August 2017 Crestron System Maintenance, Kirtland AFB NM, Building 20604 The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials and travel for system maintenance of Crestron equipment (See Inventory separate attachment, this solicitation) located at Building 20604, ICC/Command Post. As a minimum the following will be accomplished: Quarterly preventative maintenance on all equipment identified in inventory. Fifteen (15) hours of Emergency on-call support (physical presence) to respond to system failure or system malfunction. Fifteen (15) hours of Non-emergency on-call (physical presence or telephonic response) to system failure or malfunction. Initial, and as required, Creston programming changes/revisions. Includes addition and removal of buttons, name change on buttons, logo changes, and change on Doc Cam. The Doc Cam currently has ability to display for unclassified but contractor shall provide visible signal for classified mode.
