- Articulated Electric Boom Lift Solicitation - Standard Form 1449 This is a fair opportunity Request for Quote/Solicitation. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD), Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, FOB Destination contract. Unless all offers are rejected, an award will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible Contractor/Vendor, whose quote conforms to the evaluation factors in Solicitation HQ0034-12-R-3107 (attached). The Contractor/Vendor shall provide one JLG multi-power articulating boom lift model M450AJ or equal model per the specifications/description in HQ0034-12-R-3107 (attached). Important Information and Instructions (All Times are Eastern Standard): Questions/Requests for Information due no later than Noon, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 - MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY to kenyada.corley@whs.mil Quotes/Proposals due: 10:00 am, September 10, 2012 - MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY to kenyada.corley@whs.mil Anticipated Delivery Date of Boom Lift: November 2, 2012 This Solicitation has been set-aside for Small Businesses.
