Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.106(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to August 20, 2012 at 11:00AM PST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS code is 339112, size standard 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. The processor has to be compatible with any 110V outlet so that no special wiring is needed. "Must be freestanding with automatic chemical replenishment "Variable speeds which can be set from within the processor: 90 Second Super Rapid Processing Cycle and 120 Second Standard Processing Cycle. "A 17-inch wide film transport system that provides faster film feed for maximum throughput and peak operational efficiency. "The SRX-101A plugs into any designated 110V outlet so no special wiring is needed. "CPU needs to allow easy trouble-shooting, diagnostic evaluation and servicing. "Easy cleaning and routine maintenance Offers of "equal" products - Offeror must clearly indicate in its offer that the product being offered is an "equal" product.
