Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Digital Diagnostic Radiographic System Repair Solicitation Number: VA250-12-I-0700 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Philips Medical Systems, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell, WA 98021-8431 for Digital Diagnostic Radiographic System Repair Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
