Description

Sole Source Justification GENERAL INFORMATION SPECIAL NOTICE WITH INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - STANDARD PARKING CORPORATION 1235 SOUTH CLARK STREET, ARLINGTON, VA. The General Services Administration intends to award a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) to STANDARD PARKING. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to facilitate the rental of 50 Parking spaces for DOJ, FBI at 395 E Street, SW, Washington, Dc 20546 for FBI agents. Standard Parking is the only available vendor for Federal Bureau of Investigation at this site. The direct 24/7/365 day access to these vehicles serve to support the Bureau's timely execution of law enforcement and national security and responsibilities. Relocating the spaces to an alternate facility away from where the FBI agent would have each access to would be detrimental to carrying out the new law enforcement and security duties. This is not a request for a competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist listed below no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, September 10, 2012. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to aquilla.williams@gsa.gov.
