- BACKGROUND: The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain, and Sell seized and/or forfeited Assets throughout the United States. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) This announcement is posted as a RFI only, for an upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. This request for information is issued to determine whether there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Repair of a 74' Vessel in the Charleston, SC Metropolitan Area. The vessel may be relocated for repairs. The Vessel Repair service contract will be for a four month period. If you have an interest in the upcoming solicitation, please provide a written response to the questions below along with your company's capability statement.
