J&A for API Tempest Smart Card Readers U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE SPECIAL NOTICE SAQMSP12B0001 GENERAL INFORMATION SPECIAL NOTICE WITH INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - COASTAL AIRCRAFT PARTS 2999 NW 115th TERRACE, SUNRISE FL 33323-1607 The Rock Island Reach Back Cell intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to COASTAL AIRCRAFT PARTS. COASTAL AIRCRAFT PARTS is the only company offering the Air Worthiness Release approved seat cushions for the extremely strenuous conditions that pilots must endure for prolonged periods of time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336360, Aircraft seats manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This is not a request for a competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist listed below no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on Monday, 13 August 2012.
