Description
This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT862152A002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60, Effective 26 July 2012, DPN 20120524 effective 24 July 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330, effective 30 March 2012. This acquisition is an Or Equal requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5860. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3812. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for Air Traffic Control Simulators/ Equipment. Clin 0001- Mfg: ADACEL, Item: Intelligent Communications Element (ICE) Software License or Equal Quantity: 7 Clin 0002- Mfg: ADACEL, Item: ICE Lesson Builder Program or Equal Quantity:1 Clin 0003- training class to be held at Travis AFB, CA. Quantity:1 The Equal Characteristics the Requested simulators must be able to meet are as follows: •- Portable •- Accent tolerant speech recognition •- Multiple operating modes to suit stages of learning •- Student paced •- 2D Airport/Radar display •- Real-world controller display and interface replication •- ATC phraseology and procedures practice •- Radio discipline & microphone technique practice •- Drag and drop lesson creation interface •- Course administrator defines lesson intensity •- Ability to add learning points, multiple choice questions and procedures descriptions that include audio and visual multimedia Please provide the unit cost for these items. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please provide quotes valid until 1 October 2012.
