- Cisco Part Numbers THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR A COMMERCIAL ITEM PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number: HSSS01-12-Q-0181 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The anticipated resultant award/order shall be Firm-Fixed-Price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect from the Federal Acquisition Regulations 2005-059, dated May 10, 2012. The RFQ is set aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 423430. All interested qualified vendors may submit a quote referencing RFQ HSSS01-12-Q-0181. This requirement is restricted to small business concerns. All small business concerns are encouraged to submit quotes; however award will be made in the following order for set-aside precedence; (1) HUBZone small business concerns price preference (FAR 52.219-4); then, if no qualified quote is received from a HUBZone Small Business Concern at a fair market price, (2) small business concerns (FAR 52.219-6). The FAR clauses contained herein apply to the solicitation. Only the FAR clauses matching the awardees' Small Business Program and Type representation applies to the award. The United States Secret Service, 950 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20228 has a requirement for the following; SEE ATTACHED ONLY THE CISCO EQUIPMENT REQUESTED WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PROPOSAL. THIS EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT THE INVESTIGATIVE AND PROTECTION MISSION AND THE VARIOUS HARDWARE SOFTWARE COMPONENETS ARE COMPATIBLE, FLEXIBLE AND SCALABLE. The items shall be delivered by September 30, 2012 Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the CCR, they may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
