Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-51 (May 2011), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423430 and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island Command Jacksonville FL intends to purchase on an other than full and open competition basis the following line items. This procurement is set aside for small business. 1. Maintenance Agreement F904A 1 Convert/Upgrade to CLA/ DA-Enterprise Infrastructure, 1TB capacity 4 Convert/Upgrade to CLA/ DP-Enterprise Infrastructure, 1TB capacity 500 Converts existing User CAL, per Active User 6 Data Protection Enterprise feature pack, 1TB capacity 1 Expansion to Information Infrastructure Node Commvault Software Premium Support Coverage: (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) 2. Shipping address Attn. S-6 5880 Channel View Blvd, Blount Island, Jacksonville Fl. 32226-3404 The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. Parties responding to this solicitation may submit their offer in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information: 1) company’s complete mailing and remittance addresses, 2) discounts for prompt payment if applicable 3) cage code, 4) Dun & Bradstreet number, 5) Taxpayer ID number. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and is the most advantageous to the Government considering price and price-related factors.
