Description

This is a sole-source procurement. This pre-solicitation is published for information purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The source is Parking Management, Inc. (PMI). The company is located at 725 DeSales Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The National Institute of Health (NIH) has a ten year lease with Second Rock Spring Park Limited Partnership for office and related spaces at Two Democracy Plaza, located at 6707Democracy Plaza and CESC One Democracy Plaza Limited Partnership for office and related spaces at One Democracy Plaza, located at 6701 Democracy Plaza in Bethesda, MD 20817-1572. The leases indicate that 383 un-reserve parking spaces at 6701 Democracy Plaza and 693 un-reserve parking spaces at 6707 Democracy Plaza shall be available to tenant agency employees and visitors in the building's exterior garage. The agency plans to issue an interim contract for the period of performance July 20, 2012 to January 20, 2013. AUTHORITY: FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No other sources are found capable of providing the necessary services.
