- The Broadcasting Board of Governors, Office of Contracts, Washington, DC, on behalf of the Office of Research, intends to award a sole source procurement to Pakistan Institute of Public Opinion for TV Rating Services. PERIOD: 13 AUG 12 THRU 12 AUG 13 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive bids. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
