Description: This contract is to replace the six (6) fuel oil fired steam boilers and associated control and circulation equipment which supply space heating to the historic Sunrise Lodge. The contractor shall replace the existing equipment with two (2) fuel oil fired steam boilers which operate in a lag/lead configuration, the heating load of the building predominately carried by one (1) unit. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 22nd at 10:00 am at the Sunrise Lodge located off State Route 410 on the East side of the park. Offerors are strongly encouraged to make the site visit. This solicitation number P12PS41494, posted to http:///www.fbo.gov, has a link to retrieve the solicitation form, clauses, specifications, wage rates, and all other associated documents at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The closing date of this solicitation is 1 pm PDT, August 24th, 2012.
