This notice is provided to change the title of the solicitation, to make it clear that the site of the work is the St. Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303. The solicitation is being managed from the Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), 708 South Third Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415. That is where bids shall be sent and the bid opening conducted; however, the actual work will be done in St. Cloud, MN.
