- SPECIAL NOTICE ON FBO THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, that the 52nd Contracting Squadron Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, intends to solicit on a sole source basis, Systems Atlantic, Inc, Kennsaw, GA, under the autority of FAR 6.302-1 (b) (4) (10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All submissions must be received NLT 10 days from the posting of this announcement. ITEM DESCRIPTION: 0001- IDS5 System (TAD/SO) Telephonic Product and Technical Support, 1-year. The current IDS5 Systems a proprietary product of Systems Atlantic Inc. Systems Atlantic Inc. has proprietary rights to all software, software maintenance and specifications for the exsisting system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511. The Point of Contact for this action is Contract Specialist A1C Kristen Curtis. At this time this synopsis is an announcement of the Governmen's intention to solicit a sole source contract for TAD/SO TELEPHONIC PRODUCT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT, 1 YEAR.
