- ***ESTIMATED SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is August 28, 2012.*** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. This project consists of applying pavement striping to roads and parking lots. The contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract. Project areas are located in Benton, Coos, Douglas, Lane, Lincoln, Tillamook, and Yamhill counties on the Siuslaw National Forest. This project will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quality (IDIQ) for the services specified. Contract performance time will be identified on individual task orders. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from the solicitation. Government's Estimate is between $ 25,000 to $ 150,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.14. Estimated start work date is September 19, 2012.
