Brand Name Letter This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT862110AC01. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60, Effective 26 July 2012, DPN 20120724 effective 24 July 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330, effective 04 April 2012. This acquisition is a brand name requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The business size standard is $25M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5811. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7372. The proposed Brand Name is for Fury II Base Software Version 3.1.1.1 License from Boeing, 13900 Lincoln Park Dr Ste 230, Herndon, VA 20171. A Brand Name letter for Fury II Software has been attached to this solicitation. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for the Fury II Base Software Version 3.1.1.1 License along with compatible laptops with protective case, GSM modems, cell phones and international power kits for cell phones. The requirement is as follows: ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY CLIN0001: Fury II Base Software Version 3.1.1.1 License - 5 EA CLIN0002: Panasonic ToughBook(CF-52LGBD1M) or Equal - 5 EA CLIN0003: HTC Touch2 Fury Handsets or Equal - 50 EA CLIN0004: GSM Modem(Multi-Modem GPRS Wireless Modem) or Equal - 5 EA CLIN0005: International power kit for HTC Touch2 phones or Equal - 5 EA CLIN0006: Pelican Storm Case with foam(iM2700-X0001) or Equal - 5 EA *All hardware items must be compatible with Fury II software version 3.1.1.1* Please provide the unit cost for this item. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please provide quotes valid until 30 September 2012.
