L-Turbine, Primary Standard Calibration to P/N EFM08DR-L-4-AN-B-2/4, Exact Flow; Meter Type: DR Turbine Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F1S0AE2157B001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20120724. NAICS is 541380 with a business size standard of $14.0 Million Dollar. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing a Calibration of Eight (8) each L-Turbines P/N EFM08DR-L-4-AN-B-2/4 Exact Flow; Meter Type is; DR Turbine, S/N 0693, 0694, 0696, 0697, 0698, 4884, & 4885 as a Primary Standard Calibration utilizing the 100 pt UVC Curve, usable by the EF3575 Flow Computer, and to include 1 Each Data Packet Calibration Data & Reports. The instrument(s) referenced will be calibrated using standards traceable to N.I.S.T.. Calibration services are accredited by NVLAP (NVLAP Lab Code 200668) and to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (NIST Handbook 150) and are compliant to ANSI/NCSLZ540-1-1994; Part 1.The following information includes the Specifications required for the Calibration and service of the Eight (8) Each L-Turbines: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO: COX FLOW MEASUREMENT, DIVISION OF BADGER METER, INC. i. QUANTITY OF EIGHT (8) EACH, L-Turbine Calibration, P/N EFM08DR-L-4-AN-B-2/4, Exact Flow; Meter Type: DR Turbine, S/N 0693, 0694, 0696, 0697, 0698, 0699, 4884, & 4885 Primary Standard Calibration. ii. Provide the 8 each 100 pt UVC Curve, usable by the EF3575 Flow Computer iii. Provide 1 each Data Packet Calibration Data & Reports 1.
