THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED. Pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program 38 U.S.C. 8127(b) this notice is to inform the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source contract to KAR Contracting LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for project 581-12-901 Construct Picnic Shelter for Voluntary Service at the VA Medical Center 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704.
