- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this Request for Quotation (RFQ) number L12PS01056. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-55. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 237110 (size standard of 750 employees). The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, has a requirement for Seven (7), Ten Thousand (10,000) Gallon Water Storage Tanks. Contractor shall deliver the Storage Tanks within 60 days of award. Deliveries shall be FOB Destination. Offers must be submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ, are due no later than 3:00 pm MST on August 27, 2012. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM) system. You may register at: www.sam.gov.
