- This is a presolicitation for Audio and Video equipment Installation for two conference rooms at Tinker AFB. The vendor will also be required to provide the A/V equipment. A list of items will be included in the solicitation. Please note that a site visit will be required to ensure vendors are aware of the requirements. This will also help vendors draft an accurate proposal. Please contact Dean Garrison at 405-739-3519, if your company is interested in submitting a proposal. The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 August 2012. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
