- Please submit pages 2-3 when quoting. J&A for K'A'Rcher brand Hotsy pressure washers part numbers. The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a special order item. This RFQ is a brand name requirement, a justification and Approval (J&A) can be found as an attachment. Order is high priority and will require contacting GSA's NY Transportation Office to obtain shipping instructions and shipping labels. This contact information will be provided on processed purchase order. Note: Delivery will be made to a U.S. Government Installation. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination bases. Vendors are requested to provide their best delivery leadtime. Quotes submitted without leadtimes will not be considered for award. This acquisition is NOT a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(c). Please find attached the RFQ and J&A. Please contact Amanda.foley@gsa.gov with any questions.
