- Description
- Official Solicitation for CASS Pit Mainteance Dyess AFB, TX intends to make a single award for the purchase for CASS pit mainteance at Dyess Air Force Base. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. This procurement will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard of $14 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 14 August 2012. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation for review. All prospective offerors submitting a proposal must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov and complete the online representation and certification (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting office for this requirement is the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St., Dyess AFB, TX 79607. A site visit will be held for interested parties on or about 28 August 2012 at 9:00 am CST. E-mail and fax submission of proposals is authorized.
