- W912ES-12-T-0142 SF 1449 Solicitation/RFQ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of one (1) 20' length of steel dredge pipe with an inside diameter of 20" for the Dredge Goetz located in Fountain City, WI. Pipe shall meet the specifications as stated in the Scope of Work (SOW). Solicitation number W912ES-12-T-0142 is issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for 20' Steel Dredge Pipe. Contractors must quote on and provide pipe and specifications as stated in the Scope of Work. The pipe shall be delivered no later than 04 SEP 2012. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 331210 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Offeror must create or have a company account in the new System for Award Management (SAM) database at website www.sam.gov prior to award. This is a new website which takes the place of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A determination by the Government not to award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Email responses are the preferred method to submit a quote. You may email your quote to deborah.a.lawrence@usace.army.mil and to dawn.m.linder@usace.army.mil. However, quotes may also be faxed to Attention: Deborah Lawrence at 651-290-5706. Quotes may also be mailed to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Attn: Deborah Lawrence, Contracting Division, 180 Fifth Street East, Suite 700, St. Paul, MN 55101-1678. All quotes must be inclusive of all labor, materials, and freight. No additional costs will be enumerated after award. The full solicitation with clauses and Scope of Work can be obtained on the Solicitation 1449 line of this announcement. Solicitation packages may also requested via e-mail at deborah.a.lawrence@usace.army.mil. All requested information in the Notes to Offeror section of the solicitation must be supplied with the quote. Phone inquiries or requests for information will not be honored.
