Redacted Brand Name Justification Morning Pride Structural and Proximity Fire Fighting Suits. The solicitation number is FA8601-12-T-0191. The NAICS Code is 339113. The size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one brand name under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(3) and FAR 6.302-1(c). The proposed brand name purchase is for 26 sets of Morning Pride proximity fire fighting personal protective clothing and 22 sets of Morning Pride structural fire fighting personal protective clothing for 88/CEF located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. A set consists of a coat, pants and suspenders. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
