- A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Contract for a base period of one year and four one year options for an estimated annual demand quantity of 80 pieces. NSN 1680-01-509-9052 for a Bell Crank. This will be TOTAL HUBZONE Business Set aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Delivery of 171 days ARO will be required. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; and Export Control. Technical Data Packages is available at DSCR. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
