- Statement of Objective (SOO) for PA System B1790 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase Request number is F5A3CF2180AC04 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular Fac 2005-43 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100820. SET ASIDE: This acquisition is being contemplated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2. This acquisition is being contemplated under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210, with a size standard of $14,000,000. BID SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, technical knowledge and transportation necessary to perform requirements of the attached Statement of Work. FUNDING STATUS: This acquisition is currently UNFUNDED. SITE VISIT: A site visit/briefing is scheduled for August 28, 2012, at 9:00 AM. Please submit names of attendees via email only to Ron Pyles, ronald.pyles.1@us.af.mil SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: RFQ will be submitted to 301 CONF/LGC, 1710 Burke Ave., NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX 76127-6200. offers will be accepted BY MAIL OR EMAIL @ ronald.pyles.1@us.af.mil. THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 17 SEP 2012 @ 1100AM Central time. The offeror agrees to hold the quoted price for at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission close, unless another time period is specified by amendment to the solicitation. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor transportation necessary to complete this award. REGISTRATION / CERTIFICATIONS: Prior to award, registration in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current. No Exceptions.
