Description: This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: Service Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located: One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 anticipates a requirement for Pitney Bowes equipment for use in the VA Medical Center mailroom. Equipment must be Pitney Bowes in order to continue to provide mail support to the staff and patients. Equipment consist of: MSD2, high resolution apps center, T5RO, arrival XE customer loyalty, J5986021 single bay cradle/battery charger for T762 tracking assistant, T530, non cantact programmable wedge scanner; T536 4 ť adhesive label printer; T514 basic operator training “ four (4) hours on site; T762, WIN CE tracking assistance plus; T6P3 Installation project; T885035 Compaq 17 ť flat panel display, AZBB connect+ 2000 series; APFM connect+ laser printer enabled; APSF 180/115 LPM Feature; 1FW7 “ 70 pound interfaced weighting; APA2 “ 100 Dept accounting; EER1 e-return receipt feature; NV10 inview TMR web accounting; AZBE connect+ mono printer; MSPS connect+ power stacker; MSDA connect+ VBS training; MW90008 connect+ VBS welcome kit; SBDS barcode scanner; MP49 “ 70/149 pound weighting platform; SPY8 laser printer; NV90 inview subscription; T54A arrival express plus “ software; T6PO installation project; and equipment support. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423420 with a size standard of 100 employees. Request for offer will only be accepted from responsible businesses currently engaged in this type of commerce.
