- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is soliciting offers to provide all personnel, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible Veterans and beneficiaries upon referral from the Evanston Vet Center located in Evanston, IL. The contract period of performance will be from the date of award (anticipated October 1, 2012) through September 30, 2013, with two (2) one year option periods. Option periods are exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with the possibility of multiple awards. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. All qualified offeror/firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit an offer. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621330 is $7.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items or online at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about August 17, 2012. Date for receipt of offers is September 7, 2012, 11:00 A.M. CST. The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response.
