- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Florida intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on the basis of full and open competition for fabrication, test, and delivery of a base quantity of four (4) Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Command, Control, Computers, Communication and Navigation (C4N) System Baseline Configuration 3 (SBC3) systems. Each SBC3 system consists of the following subsystems: one (1) each Universal Keyboard System (UKB): P/N; 426-7622010; one (1) each Navigator Processing Unit (NPU): P/N: 426-7621967; one (1) each Common Data Recording Unit (CDRU): P/N: 426-7621947; one (1) each CDRU Shuttle: P/N: 426-7621961; and two (2) each Control, Alarm and Monitoring System (CAMS): P/N: 436-7403926. These items are to be built in accordance with Government specifications and drawings. Drawings and specifications can only be made available to U.S. DoD Contractors (Distribution Limited) upon request to the Contracting Office. Drawings and specifications must be requested from the Contractors by e-mail. Drawing and specification requests must include the requesting firm ™s CAGE Code number to receive an electronic copy of the controlled drawings and specifications. The drawings and specifications will be made available when the solicitation is released. The contract will contain the following requirements: one (1) base year for delivery of four (4) SBC3 systems; and two additional years for issuing Delivery Orders for additional subsystems as needed. The minimum procurement will be for four (4) systems. The maximum, via Delivery Order(s), could be up to a total maximum quantity of twenty-one (21) systems. The basis for award is Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Period of performance is 36 months from contract award. Award will be on or about 21 December 2012.
