- Subsistence The Federal Correctional Institution, Schulkill, Minersville Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for nonperishable subsistence items. Delivery dates will be specified on each item. Deliveries will be made to FCI Schuylkill, Interstate 81 & 901W, Minersville, Pa. 17954. The Government will award firm-fixed price puchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offerors on a per line item basis. The solicitation will be available as of today and will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on September 14, 2012. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quoted equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Norht American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 424490. the solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered.
