Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision to replace all catch basins and curbing along Indiana Avenue, from Monument Avenue to Brown Avenue, Monument Avenue, Wisconsin Avenue, and Brown Avenue at Dayton National Cemetery, VA Medical Center, Dayton, OH, in accordance with the statement of work, terms and condition of the solicitation. Contractor shall provide new 1.5 inch asphalt overlay for Indiana Avenue (from Monument Avenue to Brown Avenue), Monument Avenue, Wisconsin Avenue, and Brown Avenue. Scarify and remove existing asphalt as needed. Total asphalt area is approximately 50,000 square feet (5,556 square yards). Provide new striping and replace all traffic control signs. along Indiana Avenue, (from Monument Avenue to Brown Avenue, Monument Avenue, Wisconsin Avenue, and Brown Avenue. Solicitation Number VA786A-12-R-0075, Project Number 12-20, is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 USC 8127 and 8128. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $33.5 million. The magnitude of Price Range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Award will be based on the lowest price, technical acceptable proposal. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factors of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be issued around August 20, 2012. The date for receipt of proposals is September 7, 2012, 3:00 pm (EST). Offerors must be validated or undergoing reverification to be considered for evaluation and subsequent award. All questions should be received by August 24, 2012.
