- Amendment #3: The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification as follows: 1. The site visit scheduled for 8/21/12 at 10am is hereby canceled and rescheduled for 9/6/12 at 10am. All interested parties shall send an email to jodi.zachary@bia.gov confirming their attendance no later than NOON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012. If no emails are received, BIA WILL NOT send a representative out and the site visit will therefore be canceled. Interested parties SHALL NOT go onsite without a BIA representative. 2. The bid due date scheduled for 8/31/12 has hereby changed to now read 9/12/12, 2pm (Pacific) at the U.S. DOI/Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Region Acquisitions Office, Attn: Jodi R Zachary, 2800 Cottage Way Room W2820, Sacramento, CA 95825. 3. All proposals must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment. 4. All other terms and conditions of the combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged.
