- This is the entire solicitation for the subject requirement.. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to obtain "Non-personal, Professional Support Services to Develop and Deploy a Bridge Management System Implementation Guide (BMSIG)" in accordance with the attached solicitation. These services will include: 1) hosting and participating in a kickoff meeting, 2) a review of literature and state needs, 3) development of a draft process flow chart, guide outline and table of contents, 4) development of the draft and final BMSIG, 5) performance of webinars, 6) a 30 minute oral BMSIG presentation, 7) delivery of all required deliverables and 8) submission of monthly electronic progress reports. All interested small businesses shall submit their quotation in accordance with the solicitation and any subsequent amendments, if any, which will be released and available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. Interested parties may register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Note: As the solicitation is only available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FBO website for any solicitation amendments. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quotation since the award resulting from this solicitation will be made to the Offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation's standards and represents the best value to the Government. This requirement is a Simplified Acquisition, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and will be awarded at an amount under the Simplified Acquisition threshold, (currently set at $150,000.00).
