- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A11PS02325 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is unrestricted and solicited on open market basis. The contractor shall provide quote for a repair for 12G Caterpillar Motor Grader Engine Repair, Caterpillar Engine: 3306; Engine Serial Number: 08Z69638; Arrangement Number: 2W0820; Equipment Serial Number: 61M14993; BIA TAG number: N0019946: 1.Clean & Inspect Machine, 1 job at $______________. 2.Remove and install engine, 1 job at $___________________. 3.Remover & install engine-misc, 1 LO at $__________________. 4.Repair engine - parts, OEM part required to meet Caterpillar's Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage, 1 LO at $_________________________. 5.Repair Engine, Labor, 1 job at $_______________________. 6.Repair engine, misc, 1 LO at $__________________________. 7.Test after repair engine - labor, 1 job at $__________________. 8.Labor, 1 job at $_____________________. 9.Tax if applicable: $___________________ 10.Warranty Coverage, $___________________. 11.GRAND TOTAL: $___________________ The government will inspect before acceptance and will be responsible for delivery/transport and pickup of the equipment. BIA-Shiprock Agency, Division of Transportation (Maintenance), Highway North 491 & N531 Bldg SR 169, Shiprock, New Mexico. The Government will conduct an inspection of the equipment before delivery and acceptance. Offerors shall include the applicable taxes. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantages to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.
