- MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to Maxor NPSC (Pickpoint) in the amount of $86,000.00 to purchase two (2) each Pharmaceutical Storage and Dispensing Systems, Model Number: LxS. Pickpoint has proprietary rights on all hardware and software for the LxS Dispensing Machine currently used at Raymond W. Bliss Army Community Hospital (RWBACH), Ft Huachuca, AZ. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Ms. Kendre Green, kendre.green@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
