Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLC SD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Carleton Life Support Systems, Inc. DBA Cobham Mission System. The requirement is for replacement parts for the Viper Underwater Breathing Apparatus manufactured by Carleton. The requirement is for the Explosive Ordinance Expeditionary Support Unit One. No solicitation document exists. See Government-wide note 22. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days from the date of this publication. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
