- Rotary Measurement System, 2101 Data Telemetry System THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0014612QP054 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 Effective 5 July 2011, and DFARS Publication 20120724. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334515 and the small business size standard of 500employees. This acquisition is for Rotary Measurement System, 2101 Data Telemetry System. Utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures the Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract being the result contract award type. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1. See Attachment 1 for all applicable contract requirements, provisions, and clauses. Award will be made on a lowest priced / technically acceptable basis as outlined in Attachment 1. Submission of quotes shall include all information required in the RFQ provided in Attachment 1. The closing date and time for this solicitation is August 29, 2012 at 3:00 PM (EST). Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received, complete, and is legible.
