This is a Sole Source Requirement with Universal Propulsion Company, Inc. DBA Goodrich Propulsion, 3530 Branscombe Rd., Fairfield, CA 94533-0659 for QE Testing of MU12. Valid registrants to this synopsis will receive an email from the Indian Head Contracts POC notifying them of the solicitation s posting date. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 541330 Size Standard $35.5M, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). This solicitation will be available for downloading beginning approximately 09-06-12. Copies of solicitations will NOT be emailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
